Eagle Quilt Presented to CJ Dec. 4

At the Christmas party for our Wasatch Front families, I presented CJ's Eagle Scout Quilt to him. He is our oldest grandchild, and will be the first to earn this award. This particular quilt is one of the hardest I've made, so I hope he will take good care of it.

CJ and his brothers and cousins whom we hope will also be Eagle Scouts

Wedding Quilts

Over the past 20 years I've made many quilts for weddings, starting with my own children, and then for extended family and friends. Here are some of the ones I've made. This Cheater Quilt (printed fabric to look like it's pieced) was made for Brian and Susie Bayles. I'll always remember the evening that Suzie's family and Brian came over to help tie it. There were at least 4 guys who had never tied before. There was some wild stitching going on! Afterward I spent several hours, redoing the tangeled threads on the back, and removing strange stitches. But the fun was worth it!!
